The articles on this website include "Why Can't My Waiter Sing Happy Birthday?: The Chilling Effect of Corporate Copyright Control" by Rachel M. Smith. While not all of the articles consist of Copyright issues, some of them offer great insight into current problems. This publication is student run.

This is a great source to keep current because it covers present issues in copyright. It provides numerous resources such as links to the World Intellectual Property Organization, the Copyright Act, and the Berne Convention in addition to its published journal. To gain access to the journal, you must subscribe. It is free for members and those with access to Westlaw or Lexis.
